Abstract | This ethnographic research aims at analysing how the French educational administration has ended up school segregation in spite of the policy of equality of chances that prevails in France. This empirical study will show that this administration tries to obtain the loyalty of the high-middle class, as well as it restricts educational public spending and maintains the school infrastructure in the same time. Consequently, the administrators tend to leave aside the achievement of school mix. (DIPF/Orig.). |
