Abstract	The book addresses the in-service teachers of chemistry from secondary school. The first chapter treats the main development directions of teaching-learning process of any discipline. The second chapter is focused on the systemic analysis of the content of chemistry with examples of systemic approach of some chapters and teaching units from the alternative books. It is to be mentioned here the didactic transposition and its functions and also the curricular design as major components of didactic technology. The third chapter contains the criteria of choosing the methodological systems and the principal methods used in the study of chemistry with a series of illustrative examples. In the last chapter the authors treat the methodology of evaluation: traditional and alternative/complementary methods of evaluation. The book is very useful to chemistry teachers from secondary school, being adjusted to the reform of education in our country and to the changes in a knowledge-based society. (UBB/Orig.).
