Abstract | "The evaluation of the pupils' academic performance is an essential element in the evaluation of an educational system and is very closely linked to the quality of teaching, since the former greatly depends on the latter. Thus, ... it can be said that the performance of an institution is as good as its achievements and that the latter can be analysed through pupils' learning, this being a fundamental indicator of the quality of teaching." The author analyses which statements and regulations concerning the evaluation of students' performance are comprised in the diverse Spanish education reform laws and decrees. (DIPF/Bi.) |
