Abstract	From various points of view the 13 papers of this conference report analyse the topic of controlling the effectiveness of financial investment in different fields of education (whole system, vocational training, higher education) in terms of the outcome of educational processes. Some aspects which are presented in respective contributions are: analysis of process evaluation; output control in general education; outcome evaluation and transfer evaluation in educational processes; cost-benefit analysis in vocational training; public funding and its effectiveness.
