Abstract | The purpose of this text is to explore the relationship, particularly but not exclusively as it relates to the reporting of research results, and to examine the implications for information and documentation services. The purpose of examining the information services, systems and networks in detail in the accompanying studies was to try to identify approaches to the supply of information to policy-makers and decision-makers and factors which mitigated in favour of their success or were likely to lead to failure. The core of the studies is thus a series of questions dealing with various aspects of the management, processing and dissemination of information. (DIPF/orig.). |
