Abstract | Der Prozeß der europäischen Integration muß sich zwei Herausforderungen stellen: 1) "that of instilling democratic values in an increasingly multicultural society and of establishing reference criteria laying out a form of citizenship (...) 2) the civil role must be re- thought in terms of the plurality of allegiance and not from the standpoint of unicity and exclusion". (DIPF/Mass.). |
