Abstract | The analysis of the Russian secondary education (Post- soviet) system is meant to bring out the salient points of its evolution over the last ten years : curriculum changes, diversification of educational establishments, new directions in educational spending, emergence of private education. Such transformations often result from the decentralization of the managment and educational policies from the federal capital to local authorities. They come together with disinvestment education state, which makes it even more difficult for a section of the population to have access to secondary training.
