Abstract | The authoress takes into consideration conflicts taking place in the school area. She carried out survey in a primary and secondary school among pupils and teachers. She received data which can be a base to answer a question: what conflicts among teachers and pupils take place in the school area most often and what are the mechanisms of their regulation? The inquired enumerated the following primary reasons of conflicts: wrong pupils' behaviour during lessons, the lack of learning interest, unfair evaluation by teachers. Pupils more frequently than teachers notice conflicts; what is more, some situations not perceived by teachers as conflict causing are questionable according to pupils. The lack of ability to set up proper contact between both sides is a base where the expectations of teachers and pupils fail to meet.... It is essential to form new attitudes and abilities of teachers in order to make this approach change. (DIPF/Abstract übernommen). |
