Since man is the first animal to express the term WE, one must assume that the human being has come a long way on the path of evolution. In order to describe this process, one has to go to its roots. This includes both the phylogenetic or developmental beginnings of the 6-million-year-old human culture, as well as its ontogenetic origins since each newborn develops into a participant in society. In exploring these origins, it emerges that the key that opens the door to what it means to be human, whether in human history as entire species, or as individual being, is cooperation. |
