Using a theory as "intersubjective narcissism" to understand organizations automatically challenges identity and culture. These contextual basics are discussed using examples from a methodist parish in the US as well as managing conflicts of interests in the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD) and cultural development of diaconal caring. "Cool Self-love" (Butler) is recommended to be a basic attitude of church members. |
