AbstractIn the current socio-economic situation, problems of school childhood are coming to a head. Parents, teachers, psychologists cannot but are worried about the trend of constant growth of school violence, child and adolescent drug and chemical abuse and alcoholism. Modern society is becoming more dangerous for a growing child. In this situation, it is obvious that the most important dominant professional activity for each teacher, especially a physical education teacher, it should be preventive approach, willingness to prevent socially and psychologically risky behavior of children. The paper proves the advisability of the formation of preventive position, professional aim at prevention of injuries, conflicts, school violence, mental and physical overload of students in future teachers of physical education. The initial diagnosis has revealed unwillingness of physical education teachers to implement the preventive capabilities of professional activity. To develop the preventive position of students, objectives, content, technologies of psychological disciplines learning have been upgraded, elective courses have been developed and implemented, and tasks of teaching practice have been changed. As shown by the results of the experimental work, the emotional and value attitude to the prevention has been formed in the students. A steady positive tendency to the development of diagnostic, conflictological, prognostic competencies, significant personal qualities (tolerance, emotional stability) is observed in students. V sovremennoj social'no-ekonomiceskoj situacii problemy skol'nogo detstva rezko obostrjajutsja. Roditelej, ucitelej, psichologov ne mozet ne bespokoit' tendencija postojannogo rosta skol'nogo nasilija, detskoj i podrostkovoj narkomanii, toksikomanii, alkogolizma. Sovremennyj socium stanovitsja potencial'no vse bolee opasnym dlja vzroslejuscego rebenka. V etoj situacii ocevidno, cto vaznejsej dominantoj professional'noj dejatel'nosti kazdogo pedagoga, i prezde vsego ucitelja fiziceskoj kul'tury, dolzna stat' ego preventivnaja pozicija, gotovnost' predupredit' social'no i psichologiceski riskovannoe povedenie detej. V stat'e obosnovana celesoobraznost' formirovanija u buduscich ucitelej fiziceskoj kul'tury preventivnoj pozicii, professional'noj ustanovki na preduprezdenie travmatizma, konfliktov, skol'nogo nasilija, psichiceckich i fiziceskich peregruzok ucascichsja. Pervonacal'naja diagnostika vyjavila negotovnost' ucitelej fiziceskoj kul'tury k realizacii preventivnogo potenciala professional'noj dejatel'nosti. S cel'ju razvitija preventivnoj pozicii studentov byli modernizirovany celi, soderzanie, technologii izucenija psichologiceskich disciplin, razrabotany i realizovany elektivnye kursy, izmeneny zadanija pedagogiceskoj praktiki. Rezul'taty opytno eksperimental'noj raboty pokazali, cto u studentov sformirovalos' emocional'no-cennostnoe otnosenie k prevencii, nabljudaetsja ustojcivaja pozitivnaja dinamika v razvitii diagnosticeskich, konfliktologiceskich, prognosticeskich kompetencij, znacimych licnostnych kacestv (tolerantnosti, emocional'noj stabil'nosti).
