Abstract | In the reference to the research question and the hypotheses it ought to be stated that the experimental factor in the form of higher number of outdoor Physical Education lessons happened to be the reason for higher lesson attendance, significantly better than in parallel conducted test of the control group. Participation in higher number of outdoor Physical Education lessons does not influence correlations between attendance and other elements of attitudes to physical culture. In both groups we observed comparable, strongly positive correlations, the only exception was correlation between attendance and knowledge considering the ecological aspect of physical culture, that the element among students form the experimental and the control groups was not significant. The authors also did not find distinct difference in strength and direction of correlations between Physical Education lessons attendance and chosen somatic and functional features of students from the experimental and the control groups. Among social factors potentially influencing the level of attendance in outdoor and indoor lessons of Physical Education, there exist only a prerequisite to distinguish after-school physical activity.
