Abstract | "With the new competitive conditions brought about by globalization today, enterprises try to create advantages over their competitors in the international markets where different elements predominate. Public relations studies, which constitute a process of identification and promotion, are based on persuasive communication and aim to create the expected behavioral change in the target audience, are confronted with different dynamics when they begin to be implemented in the international area. One point that should be very well evaluated in international public relations studies is the cultural differences and the impact of culture on communication. Culture influences areas, such as the perspective of people living in a country on life, their habits of doing business and of consumption and their ways of communication. In this study, the concept of international public relations will be evaluated in terms of die international enterprises that particularly function in foreign markets and involve employees coming from different cultures."
