| Abstract | Preschool age is an especially important and crucial period in the man's life. High rates of development, reorganization of functions of many body svstems, high plasticity and lability define great sensitivity to the effect of environmental factors, including education and training. In the period of early and preschool childhood educational interferences are not only essential conditions of mental development, but reflect the significant impact on the formation of child's physical health. The purpose of the study was to analyze the problems and perspectives of development of physical education of Tyumen preschool children. Nowadays the tremendous activity on enhancement of the system of preschool education is being carried out in the Tyumen region. Many important, necessary and proper actions are being taken to ensure full-fledged education and training of preschool children. The analysis of the situation being set now indicates to the capacity of control of innovation processes in the sphere of physical education of preschool children, intended to promote and protect health of preschool children. But efficiency of the introduced innovations will increase in case of compulsory coordination of all participants of the educational process in a kindergarten, education, public health units, higher educational institutions, between education units, Tyumen department of sport and youth policy.
