Abstract	This document outlines the development, evaluation, and replication of the Carrera model for pregnancy prevention. The Carerra model helps teens avoid pregnancy by empowering them to develop and reach personal goals, and by providing them with information on sexual issues, including abstinence, contraception, and the consequences of sexual activity. The model also helps participants discover individual interests and talents, and emphasizes the life opportunities made possible through education and employment. A list of related teen pregnancy prevention resources is also included. (GCP)
