Abstract | Examined the structure of job satisfaction for unionized, hourly rated assembly plant employees. Findings indicate the more positive the employee's perception of upper management, the greater the employee's job satisfaction. The employee's perception of upper management had a greater influence on employee job satisfaction than perception of immediate supervision. (Author) |
