Abstract | Addressing learning poverty requires a multi-faceted approach, including investments in early childhood education, improving the quality of teaching, providing access to learning resources, and addressing social and economic barriers to education. Since 2017, Fundación Carvajal has implemented "Aula Global" (Global Classroom), a diverse, flexible, and inclusive educational intervention strategy. The objective of this strategy is to reduce learning gaps in Colombian public schools by strengthening basic skills in language, mathematics, and socioemotional learning for learners in grades 2 through 5. "Aula Global" contributes to the reduction of school dropout, grade repetition, and learning poverty through the implementation of meaningful and challenging strategies that incorporate students' different learning rhythms and multiple ways of learning.
