| Abstract | The 1975 edition of the faculty handbook for Randolph-Macon Woman's College provides a breakdown of the college's organization: the board of trustees, the administration, the faculty, and college committees. Within the section on the faculty, items discussed include procedures governing faculty meetings, department chairpersons, rank, contract termination, faculty grievance procedures, tenure, and freedom and responsibility of the college teacher.
