Abstract	This research was undertaken to discover the relation among the objectives of various levels of a school district. The research was limited to the high school, school district staff, and board of education. A modification of the Delphi process was used to elicit objectives. Once the objectives were developed, they were classified by central theme and matched from level to level. A comparison of the ranked matchings from one level to the next was used to determine if the objectives were related. (Author)
