THERE ARE FORMS DEALING WITH CURRICULUM, COURSE CONTENT TEXTUAL MATERIALS, LIBRARY FACILITIES, AND AUDIOVISUAL MATERIALS. OTHER INTERVIEW SCHEDULE FORMS ARE DESIGNED FOR USE WITH ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL, TEACHERS, COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVES, AND STUDENTS.
