| Abstract | Every technical school will be transformed in this year into general school, which gives the qualification for university. It has been nearly achieved, everybody from high school or with similar qualification can study. The university diploma has been completely devaluated. The qualification of student is nearly like "pupil" in the middle school. There is already very in short of qualified technical personnel. Democracy and freedom within an university have been grown up incorrectly: Value of teach and research are no more respectful. Every student can claim, even charge, up to the governmental office against any kind of unsatisfactory incident. Over half of the professor positions will be taken over by such "disqualified" new generations in the next 10-15 years. If there would be still competent scientific research projects wished in this coming future, the respective foreign scientists must then be imported. The circumstance of R & D, and academic research, which have been done mainly not by domestic persons, will be transformed into the style of US. |
