It has been written for teachers of 14- to 18-year-olds.... The first section gives detailed information how to use the package. The second section "Women's history in the 20th century" reviews five key questions about women in this era: women and work, women and family, women and politics, women and cultural life, women and war. The third section "Developing activities about women's history" approaches the following topics to discuss: equality at work, the history of motherhood, three generations of women, television and family life, women in different political systems, status of women across Europe in the 20th century, about famous women, analysing images of women etc. The forth section presents a case study on women in the Soviet Union.
