Abstract | Describes how public-private partnerships between the St. Louis School District and a handful of corporate and not-for-profit institutions with interests in neighborhoods surrounding certain schools enabled the rebuilding of two aging schools: the Jefferson School in Murphy Park neighborhood and the Adams School in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood.
