Abstract | The purpose of this volume is to present the results of the economic impact analysis in detail by gender and entry level of education. On the data entry side, gender and entry level of education are important variables that help characterize the student body profile. This profile data links to national statistical databases which are already broken out by gender differences. The student body profile, to a large extent, drives the magnitudes of the results which are presented in detail in this volume and in a consolidated fashion in the Main Report and the Executive Summary. Tabular results presented in this volume are calculated values based on the data inputs provided by the 61 sample colleges and institutes, with inference to all 150 colleges in the nation. These data are used in combination with various national databases and other parameters invoked to generate the results. Literature references and major sources are listed in the Main Report. (Contains 19 tables.) [For Volume 1 of the report, see ED502342.] (ERIC). |
