Abstract | To protect schools' and teachers' good names, violence at school is concealed in Spain, though the scarce enquiries show that this phenomenon is recurrent. Multivariate analyses try to explain this behaviour. Public policies relating to it are recent, but they were immediately oriented toward rehabilitation and not only punishment. The trend towards specialization of staff dealing with antisocial behaviour is increasing. Several programmes were set, some of them were systematically assessed. Intervention on interactions between ordinary students and minority students is taken into consideration. (DIPF/orig.) |
