Abstract | This article presents key trends in college enrollment and gives suggestions on how to help students find their way to higher education. The authors believe that schools and school districts should create a college-bound culture. Such as culture fosters student understanding about what is takes to succeed in college and how to get there, and it helps students by offering practical advice and the resources they need to develop and accomplish their goals.
