Abstract | Examined prevalence and correlates of perceived differential treatment based on gender and analyzed data for effects on student development and satisfaction. Findings from 2,148 alumni revealed that most perceived university to be gender neutral. More women than men reported negative differential treatment on basis of gender; men were more likely to report favorable than negative treatment. (Author/NB) |
