Abstract | This report presents the findings of an educational plant survey for the University of North Florida (UNF) conducted April 17-19, 1995. It contains recommendations for the educational plants of the university for the period April 17, 1995 to June 30, 2000. Part 1 outlines the statutory foundations, procedural policies, and the cooperative process of the survey while section 2 provides an overview of the university, including its historical perspective, purpose, and mission. Section 3 presents an analysis of the student population, while section 4 lists the academic programs of the university. Section 5 contains an inventory of existing sites and buildings, while section 6 presents a plan for housing programs, students, personnel, and services through the year 2000. Section 7 presents an analysis of capital outlay finances, while section 8 contains recommendations for education plants. These include 33 specific recommendations for the UNF main campus and 5 general recommendations for the statewide university system. (MDM) |
