Rubin; "Accommodation of Employees' Religious Observances," by Fay Hartog-Rapp, Gretchen Winter, and Michele Freedenthal; "Policies and Practices on Religious Expression in the Schools," by Cynthia Lutz Kelly and Naomi E.
