Abstract	Realizing the importance of human personality variables in comprehensive educational assessment structures, Operation PEP sought to develop a tool to assess specific human personality characteristics. The resulting accounting scheme is divided into three chapters: (1) an outline and definition of relevant terminology, (2) a scheme to account for relevant aspects of an individual's personality, and (3) an outline of relevant information concerning available personality tests. Research for this project was provided by an ESEA Title III grant. (Author/RA)
