Abstract | The strategic significance of the new GTO (Ready for Labour and Defence) complex for physical education teachers is first of all caused by the need to define the target benchmarks of the scientific interpretation of the content of the subject "Physical Education". The science-based regulatory framework of the GTO (Ready for Labour and Defence) complex acts as a condition of the technology of training and organization of the delivery of the GTO (Ready for Labour and Defence) standards, and thus - the goal sets in the work of a teacher of physical education. Comparing different methodological trends, the author adduces arguments in favor of an individualized set of training effects, taking into account the direction of the development of motor skills of a particular child, his genetic predisposition to a specific type of muscular activity. In this case individual value orientations and attitude to physical culture of an individual are taken into account. The goal set of practical implementation of this approach is supposed to be formed in a teacher of physical education by creating a point rating scale, which directs the teacher towards the use of individualized high technologies of stimulated development of the human physical capacity, acts as a factor inducing teacher to understanding of the subject "Physical Education" in the scientific context. The introduction of the stipulated technologies to the process of physical education is primarily caused by the need to enhance the value of health forming and sociocultural aspects in the field of physical education and sport for children, adolescents and young people. Only individualized high technologies of stimulated development of human physical capacity can truly raise the confidence of students and teachers of physical education in the new GTO (Ready for Labour and Defence) complex and will contribute to the development of the modern physical culture and sports movement.
