Abstract | This module addresses the issue of ensuring equal access to recruitment, enrollment, and placement of handicapped and disadvantaged students in vocational programs. Specific guidelines are offered as well as suggested resources. The guide includes a list of definitions and uses a question-and-answer format to provide information on equal access, recruiting procedures, placement, and instructional materials. A sample newspaper/newsletter vocational program announcement and a list of resources and contacts are included. (KC) |
