Abstract | Technology and means of communication need an ethical analysis, which should be developed in educational contexts, so that they can be used suitably. This idea is materialized in the concept of "educational technoethics," which deals with the following two parameters: the intrinsic values including technology and means of communication (the "objective of technoethics"), and their uses as mediums for ethical values. (the "means of technoethics"). The following proposals, currently carried out, are introduced from both senses: one of them in my university, through the project "Seminar on Technoethics for Future Teachers" (STFM), and the other one in education centres for adults "Observation Laboratory on Technoethics for Adults" (OLTA). Finally, some aspects of intervention for the educational fields from the lowest levels up to the highest ones are presented. (Contains 1 figure and 2 notes.) (As Provided). |
