Abstract | This article presents and discusses in detail the results from a longitudinal study of social studies teacher educators about the diffusion of technology in social studies teacher education. Data were obtained from the third distribution of a national survey that explores the beliefs, practices, and efficacy of social studies teacher education faculty members in the preservice experience. The results of the study provide valuable findings that inform the field on the diffusion of technology in social studies teacher education from 1999-2006. (Contains 5 tables.) (Author). |
