Abstract | Study sought to obtain information from students of color in student affairs graduate preparation programs on their perceptions of the multicultural quality of life at their respective institution. Suggests that programs must assess the extent to which the student body, course offerings, course content, and program structure help to promote behavior-based outcomes advantageous to practicing student affairs professionals.
