Abstract | Interviews with 20 hospitality graduates with mild disabilities indicated that 90% found employment, but only 45% net an income above the poverty line. Most still hold entry-level jobs and none has completed apprenticeship or traineeship. Most remain motivated to make successful transitions to adult life. (SK) |
