Abstract | To identify the key elements of an effective informational program, career center staff at the University of California-Berkeley polled seniors and graduate students registered for its on-campus recruiting program. Outlines the elements of effective information programs based on survey results. Findings reveal that students are most impressed by information sessions that are brief, informative, and entertaining. (GCP) |
