Abstract | Describes a University of Pennsylvania program for medical school faculty development that provides services to minority undergraduates (recruitment), medical students (counseling, research development, activities to enhance academic performance), and residents, fellows, postdoctoral trainees, and faculty (research methods training, mentoring, teaching skill training, scientific writing). The program has significantly underrepresented minority faculty by 32% since 1993-94. (Author/MSE) |
