Abstract | An examination of college faculty revealed few changes in their undergraduate teaching goals over the past two decades. Results show that individual intellectual development remained a high priority, even though larger classes left less time for individual learners. Recommends that student affairs professionals coordinate faculty goals with student goals. (RJM) |
