Abstract | Interviews with 50 Mexican craftworkers and their families identified their marketing strategies and their impact on community welfare. Results confirmed the need for improving marketing knowledge and entrepreneurship and the necessity of changing attitudes to accept competition, which represents a cultural change. (SK) |
