Abstract | Provides a national profile of minority faculty at two- and four-year institutions. Indicates that minority faculty are underrepresented at both institutions, and while they hold tenure positions at two-year colleges at a higher rate than their counterparts at four-year institutions, they tend to have lower academic rank than their white peers.
