AbstractComponents of multidisciplinary team effectiveness, as perceived by 218 special and vocational educators from three midwestern states, were investigated using a 72-item instrument. Special educators had significantly higher scores on the team decision-making factor, whereas vocational educators placed significantly greater importance on administrative support in the form of inservice and preparation time.
