Abstract | Comparisons of 95 Native American women alcoholics with 39 Caucasian women alcoholics, using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, indicated Native Americans were more toughminded and more extroverted. Discusses the need to translate personality differences between Caucasian and Native American women alcoholics into both traditional and culture-specific alcoholism counseling procedures. (MH) |
