Abstract | Counselors with nonadequate, self-help networks experienced more on-the-job stress, perceived the university as being less supportive, and identified more conflict of role definition. Counselors preferred to rely primarily on themselves for support when experiencing stress but would turn to family members or work associates. (Author) |
