AbstractThis research aims to develop a career guidance model design based on blended learning for primary school learners. This research combines the development model of Borg and Gall and Branch. Products development are syllabus, lesson plan, inventory, guidance, and blended learning containing career awareness materials. After being validated by the experts, the developed products showed the criteria versatile, feasible, accurate, eligible, and acceptable. Furthermore, the model was tested for its effectiveness on 28 elementary school students using a career awareness inventory with a one group pre-test post-test design and followed up by conducting a Wilcoxon analysis. The results based on the Wilcoxon showed that the z value was equal to -4,640 in asymp. sig. (two-tailed) with a score of 0.000 [less than or equal to] 0.05. Thus, the conclusion is that the career guidance model based "blended learning" to improve career awareness of primary school students had met the acceptability criteria and effective. (As Provided).
