AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the need to develop a teaching material needed in mathematics statistics lectures I. This study used a qualitative descriptive method oriented to the development of a product. The subjects of this study were fourth semester mathematics education students who were taking mathematics statistics course I and lecturers of the mathematics education study program at the Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed using a google form. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in this study are: (1) 61.5% of respondents stated that in mathematics statistics I lectures the lecturers have not used e-modules. (As Provided).
