Abstract	For Native American students planning to attend college or university, an Indigenous-friendly campus environment and robust resources are central for their success as students and community members. But what does this look like? The authors reflect on their own experiences, and set out to answer this question by considering the variety of ways that Native faculty, staff, and student groups can collaborate with non-Native allies to center Indigenous life. They discuss the process colleges and universities with a small percentage of Native faculty, students, and staff can create a welcoming environment to increase Native student learning and relieve some responsibility from Native students and administrators. These experiences could potentially serve as recommendations for other colleges and universities with a predominately non-Native population. (ERIC).
