Abstract | The study aimed at identifying the role of school management in activating "King Abdullah II Award for Physical Fitness" from the physical educational teacher's perspective in the Capital Governorate; and its relation with the following variables: school type, years of experience, scientific degree and gender. The descriptive method was used. Where as the study sample was formed of all the physical educational teachers in the Capital Governorate whose numbers have reached 121 teachers both males and females. Statistical analysis revealed the study results in the field of school management role as well as the role of management towards the teacher, the student and the society; where they all showed a medium degree. As of the study the variables, the results revealed having statistical differences according to the variable of teacher at both private and government schools. Not having differences with statistical significances is attributed to gender and scientific degree variables. In the light of the study results, the researchers recommend the necessity of activating "King Abdullah II Award for Physical Fitness" by their school management. (As Provided). |
