AbstractThe aim of this study is to evaluate a 3D (Three Dimensional) Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) e-learning platform and determine the factors affecting students' intention to continue to use the platform in TCM courses. Students from two classes were invited to participate in the experiment. To compare the effectiveness of both learning methods, one class serves as the control group and used the traditional classroom lecture method while the other serves as the experimental group using the 3D e-learning platform. To determine the factors affecting TCM students' intention to continue to use the platform, we propose an evaluation model modified from the post-acceptance model of information systems. Data collected from the experimental group students are used to test the proposed research model via the PLS-SEM method. We find that TCM students using the 3D e-learning platform outperformed those who used the traditional classroom lecture method. Meanwhile, the integrated evaluation model is found to provide reasonable explanatory power regarding TCM students' intention to continue to use the e-learning platform. (As Provided).
