Abstract	Sovereignty is a complex construct because it can be defined legally, politically, and personally. Sovereignty is integrally tied to revitalization of Indigenous cultures and languages through self-sufficiency and self-governance. This article dives deeper into this concept by sharing the personal implications of sovereignty from members of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) Indigenous American Subcommittee. It then provides recommendations related to sovereignty to consider when working with Indigenous students and families. (As Provided).
